Seller agreed that she sent the wrong item. Return process has been very difficult. I had to pay postage for the return and seller says she has not received the item back. She did not offer to pay the postage or offer an RMA number. I did not get the expensive tracking since I had to pay the postage myself (for a mistake made by the seller). I let the seller know when I had mailed it back. I sent the seller the USPS receipt showing it was mailed to her town in Oregon from Boston on the day I said that I mailed it. It has been 14 days since I mailed it. But since seller says she has not received it I am out the money for the item and the postage. It should not be this difficult for a customer.
